From what I've heard, the Auger also likes to give strange gifts. But it's good to know that the food is safe. That's one less thing to worry about.

That is true, yes. On occasion, the Augur will see fit to bestow gifts, but they can be rather useful. At one point, we were all given an assortment of toiletries and fresh clothes, and even some items from home.

Incidentally, that was when I came upon Hugo.

Ashe, this is Hugo. I found him a few moons ago and took him in.

He looks just adorable! I hope to meet him in person sometime.

He has much of the manor left to explore, so he will not come outside much these days. You are welcome to visit him anytime you like, though.
